“At Arizona
Pool Builders we don't
have salespeople, we have designers… and they deliver
on what they promise”
I was amazed to
learn from our customers that one of the biggest reasons they referred
Arizona Pool Builders to friends and neighbors was due to the fact
that- "they [Arizona Pool Builders] did, what they said they would
do." We were honest and our customers knew they could trust our
recommendations and us.
You see, many other pool companies
in the industry simply want to sell you a pool; we would love
to build you a pool. That's the fun part. Unfortunately in our
industry, there is a lot of over-promising and under-delivering by
salespeople. The reason? Most of the time, the person
selling you the pool (and making the promises) has nothing to do with the
actual building of the pool (delivering on the promise). You need to
understand the motivation of the typical salesperson. They make
money by "selling" pools not building them, and they make more
money by selling lots of pools. Most salespeople will use "selling
tactics" to try and pressure you to sign a contract at the first
meeting; they care only about making the sale and moving on to the
next potential buyer to make more sales.
"Over the past 2 years in the state of
California, there
were more complaints filed against pool contractors than any
other contractor in any other construction industry"
You are probably not aware of the fact that there were
over 400 complaints filed last year against pool contactors in the
state of Arizona. Arizona builds more pools than the state
of California and in California over the past 2 years, the state
has had more complaints filed against pool contractors than any other
contractor in the construction industry. There are nearly 30 new pool
companies entering the Phoenix marketplace a year with another 25
going out of business. It is no wonder that there are so many
complaints filed. This is all the more reason for you to carefully
choose who builds what could be the second largest investment you
may make in your home.
Arizona Pool Builders has been building quality pools since
1996 in the Phoenix area and since then, we have had a perfect
record with the Registrar of Contractors. But don't take our
word for it. In fact don't take anyone's word for it. Check
it out yourself at The Arizona Registrar of Contractors at
http://www.rc.state.az.us/clsc/AZROCLicenseQuery
and type in our contactor's license # ROC110879.
Regardless of whether or not you choose us to build your custom designed pool,
we want you to be happy with your purchase and therefore suggest you do a quick
background check on any company who is planning to do a bid for you. As an
additional precautionary step, you should ask each salesperson or owner if they
have ever built pools under a different name and research those companies also.
